1. Returns:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
2. Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange the product for a different size or color, please reach out to us within 15 days of your purchase. The item to be exchanged should be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any shipping costs incurred.
6. Sale Items:
- Sale items can only be refunded at the sale price you purchased them at. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
7. Exceptions:
- For reasons of health and hygiene, certain items like undergarments, swimwear, and beauty products might not be returnable. Please check the product description before making a purchase.
